“You lead by example. You’re open, joyous, and teach from the heart. I love your patient persistence to gently help each of us to break through our perceived barriers. I cannot thank you enough.”

- Pam Loomis, Attorney

Solitude, says the moon shell. Every person, especially every woman, should be alone sometime during the year, some part of each week, and each day.

- Anne Morrow Lindbergh

Upcoming Retreats

Women's Retreat Day Saturday, September 20, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.

I invite you to join me for an inspiring end of Summer Women's Retreat Day. A day of fun and retreating and reclaiming your connection to your body and committing to a practice of fun daily healthy eating habits to support you through the fall and into winter. Therapists earn 7 CEU's for this!

Are you stressed, overwhelmed, & have no time for yourself?

Do you long to get away from it all?

Are you living the life that you’ve dreamed of?

Retreat Group

A retreat is a gift you give yourself. It can be as simple as taking an hour, a day, or longer to turn off the phone, the emails, the work and just concentrate on listening to yourself. It is an opportunity to listen to your heart’s desire, those things that mean the most to you, and to reduce the noise and hectic pace of life so that you can hear what it is that you want. It’s a way to slow down.

I offer mini retreats, day long and half day retreats, as well as weekend retreats. Through the process, I am your guide, inviting you to step away from the hectic pace to relax, to experience the wonder of nature, to join in the group process of creating soul cards, journaling, movement, and music. It is an opportunity to connect and be supported by other likeminded women on retreat.

Often people want me to lead them on their own retreats. These consist of my custom designing the retreat with you to help you be able to reconnect with a family member, especially after the death of a parent, a couples retreat to refocus on what’s important in your marriage and where you want to be, a girlfriends' retreat or sister retreat, a mother daughter retreat, or retreats for executives.

I also invite businesses to take retreats together to bond, restore, and see the business with “new eyes”.
