Jo Hatcher
Women's coach, group facilitator, and guide for women learning to trust themselves again.
I know what it feels like to overthink every decision, stay quiet to keep the peace, and doubt your instincts even when you know they're right.
I spent decades doing all of it. And then, slowly, I didn't anymore.
Not because I fixed myself. Because I stopped abandoning myself.
That's the work I do with women now. Not pushing. Not performing. Just helping you come back to what you already know.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been wildly curious about knowing how the world works, how people think, how I can contribute.
I'm passionate about travel, writing, music, fitness, psychology, and the natural world. Those things make me a better coach and they remind me to keep living what I teach.
I've worked with women for over thirty years...as a therapist, coach, and retreat leader.
What I've seen over and over is this: the women who struggle most aren't weak. They're the capable ones. The ones everyone counts on. The ones who have learned to go quiet rather than cause a ripple.
That's who I'm here for.

I’m a deep-rooted Southerner, born and raised in a small town in Georgia.
I'm also a wanderer. I've lived and worked in different places around the world because that's always been my dream — and I've learned that following what you actually want is its own kind of practice.
I'm 76. I still stand on my head when I travel. I garden, play piano, and write. I'm not stopping.
My blog is where I write most honestly.
Real stories. Honest reflection. Writing for women who are done second-guessing themselves..
